CallPoint New Europe is ISO/IEC 27001:2005 compliant service provider

As part of CallPoint New Europe policy for continuous improvement and the objective to formulate and follow strict security requirements and objectives in terms of security of information, in May 2011 the Company was certified compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2005, an Information Security Management System (ISMS) international standard.

 

ISO/IEC 27001:2005 requires the examination and analysis of the organization's information security risks, taking into account threats, vulnerabilities and impacts. Based on that analysis a security policy and a coherent and comprehensive set of information security controls and/or other forms of risk treatments are determined and implemented to address those risks that are deemed unacceptable; According to ISMS an overarching management process is implemented, to ensure that the information security controls continue to meet the organization's information security needs on an ongoing basis.
