How did you start working for the company?
CPNE was a pure coincidence. I had just moved to Sofia and I was looking for a job as a customer support representative. I was approved here and I was happy that the interview process was really quick; I signed my contract the same day.
When were you promoted and for how many people are you responsible now?
I started here as an agent in April 2008. In September 2008, after few interviews I was chosen to be one of the four Level 2 analyst/Assistant Supervisors. In June 2009, after we found out that our Supervisor Lucia was pregnant, I got the chance to apply for the Supervisor position on the same account. I was chosen to replace my dear and best of all supervisors Lucia Arabadzhiev.
Which are your goals?
I am a competitive person who can not live without goals. Along with the time they change and they are different. My first goal is to be successful with my team and to graduate my master's degree.

How did you start working for the company?
I heard about an opportunity to work at CallPoint through a friend, who worked for the company previously. In January 2009 a new project started. This project needed Italian speakers. For me this was a great opportunity, as I had just moved back to Bulgaria and was looking for a position which required Italian language skills. After the interview process, I signed my contract and started in the position of a tele-agent in the Italian Customer Services team.
When were you promoted and for how many people are you responsible now?
In June 2009, after a review of my personal progress I was promoted to the position of Assistant Supervisor. Along with the Head Supervisor, I am currently responsible for 24 people.
Why would you recommend young and ambitious people to work for CallPoint?
I really enjoy working at CallPoint as the company works within the European standard level. It is also a place where you can meet many friendly, young and intelligent people. The company provides flexible working hours that allow you to combine work and education. You have the opportunity to improve upon your language skills and based on your overall performance you have the chance for career growth.
