Training
In CallPoint, we believe that training is the key element in the process of establishing world-class quality standards. We are constantly investing in our people and we therefore provide them with many types of training, which can be subdivided into 4 types:
Induction training
As a first step of our training program, the induction training is meant to integrate the new employees into the company, by presenting them the history of CallPoint, the values and the vision of CallPoint, as well as their mission and responsibilities as a part of the team, along with the organization of our company and the rules and to follow for each project.
Product training
The product training provides to our employees the process knowledge necessary in order to respond perfectly to the customer’s questions. The product training is specific to each project.
Soft skills training
The soft skills training allows our employees to develop their potential as team members of CallPoint’s projects, to better understand customer’s needs and to respond with empathy and reactivity.
Cultural training
As a multilingual customer service operator, we understand the importance of cultural training as a powerful tool of progress for our employees. We conceive this training as an immersion in the cultural background of each country we provide customer’s service for.
