New joiner: Ana Marian Ionescu

Ana-Maria Ionescu has joined CallPoint New Europe as a Head of the Transition Department. She has over 10 years of experience in the call center and customer care field. She has previously worked for Astral Telecom as a National Customer Care Manager and for UPC Romania as a Call Center & Back-Office Manager.
In the position of Head of Transition Department at CallPoint, Ionescu will be in charge of implementing all new strategic projects. She will work on transferring processes and knowledge from our clients to CallPoint, making sure the necessary steps are well planned, followed and successfully implemented.
Her qualifications include a master degree in Social Communication and Public Relations at “David Ogilvy” Faculty from School of Political Science and Public Administration and also sociology and psychology studies. Her functional experience is linked to the operational customer service zone regarding the call center or customer centers functionality (hiring, training, assessing and motivating staff), project and people management, customer retention policy and customer satisfaction survey.
