New joiner: Radu Gherase

Radu Gherase has joined CallPoint New Europe, in Romania, as IT Systems Administrator.
He has a Master Degree in Engineering. Radu has 7 years experience in IT, including several years spent in working for a leading contact center operator. During this time, he was responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and he implemented new procedures in order to improve the contact center reliability, security and efficiency.
